Rol : SuccessFactors Succession RMK ONB Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and configure SuccessFactors Succession , RMK and ONB 2.0 modules for our clients.

- Analyze and understand customer requirements to deliver customized and effective solutions.

- Provide technical support and advice throughout the project lifecycle.

- Collaborate closely with internal and client teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.

- Train end users and prepare necessary documentation.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience in the implementation of SuccessFactors Succession , RMK and ONB 2.0 modules.

- Knowledge of HR processes and how they integrate with SuccessFactors.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

- Customer oriented and efficient problem solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Language: Spanish fluent / English advanced
