Successfactors Advisor

Join Plexus Tech. We are looking for a Successfactors Consultant with at least 5 years of experience to join an expert team in the area.

REQUISITOS:

High level of English
Availability to travel to Germany
Proven experience of at least one full cycle Employee Central Successfactors project
Proven experience in platform and Employee Central implementation with personnel administration, business rules, organizational structure, position management, etc.
Participation in Successfactors roll out projects
Experience integrating Employee Central with other Successfactors modules
Advanced knowledge of Time off
Accustomed to requirements gathering, design development, scenario and test case preparation
Certified in Employee Central
Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills at functional and technical levels
Teamwork, leadership, customer focus, results orientation and commitment
