Position: Success Development Specialist Location: Malaga, Spain Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary bonus DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Offer concierge-level support to a select group of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) involved in development, publishing, and sales growth Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring a positive first impression and laying the groundwork for a lasting partnership Develop and implement a clear call script or talk track, ensuring consistent and repeatable communication Focus on products and offerings tailored to the specific needs of the target audience Carry out a structured outreach strategy across multiple channels (phone, email, social media), maintaining a consistent cadence REQUIREMENTS: Native/Fluent in German, both written and verbal, with strong proficiency in English Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, IT, Marketing or related field is nice to have Customer Support experience, IT industry experience will be great to have Willing to learn modern selling techniques, able to execute core messaging strategy, can navigate to decision makers, and establish clear next steps Ability to accurately document call outcomes and notes Basic understanding of target industry, ability to deliver provided messaging on solutions Fluency with basic productivity tools (Outlook, O365, web conferencing tools) and experience using CRM system is required Baseline understanding and passion for cloud technologies and changing the world Strong written and verbal communication skills and use of professional business language BENEFITS: Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performance Indefinido contract Work schedule from Monday to Thursday 09.00-17.30 and on Fridays 09.00-16.30 A dynamic and creative team with positive and friendly atmosphere Guidance and tools to reach your full potential Meal cards Performance bonus
