As our new Spanish Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in offering our customers a unique shopping experience and developing your store together with the Store Manager and a committed team of colleagues.
Your responsibilities will include: Develop and build customer loyalty.Manage the recruitment, training and development of the sales team with the Store Manager, in a motivating, dynamic and friendly environment, implementing the brand's commercial policy.Support the store manager to ensure excellent store management with a focus on performance (sales, management, receiving goods, replenishment, counseling).Create a dynamic point of sale, focusing on optimizing merchandising.Regular reports to the Store Manager.Have solid experience within retail, in the role of Assistant Store Manager or Department Manager.Possess a management profile capable of leading and motivating your team.Be passionate about store management with a flawless sense of commerciality as well as customer service.Be eager to contribute to the development and optimization of NORMAL's unique business concept.Work independently and enjoy teamwork, always with diligence and a keen eye for detail.Be present and in the front line in everyday life, knowing how to put words into action.At NORMAL, you will develop your capacity to understand and unfold a rapidly developing concept, and to implement this concept effectively to your customers.
