In our team you will be responsible for several Subcontractors within the satellite Ground Control Segment or Navigation Programmes.In our team you will manage the following functions:Programme consortiums organizationContractual setup and workplans definitionManagerial and programmatic control: schedule, risks, deliverables, compliance, payments, contractualTechnical control: support the engineering teams in the flowdown of technical requirements and technical reviews (design, validation, etc.
)Organization and witnessing of Project reviews and technical meetings, including progress meetings, formal reviews, and audits, with the subcontractors under your responsibility.WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?We are looking for experts in project management covering systems and HW and/or SW engineering within space or similar domains with management and leadership skills, and at least 5 years of experience.Experience on Space Ground Control or Navigation projects and excellent communication (oral and written) in English.We will also value previous experience and knowledge in subcontractor management, knowledge of contractual management, and additional languages beyond English.WHAT DO WE OFFER?Hybrid working model and 8 weeks per year of teleworking outside your usual geographical area.Flexible start and finish times, and intensive working hours on Fridays and in summer.Personalized career plan development, training, and language learning support.National and international mobility.
