Fever has developed a proprietary technology that inspires a global community of over 125M people through personalized and curated experiences in their local city whilst empowering entertainment and event creators to reach new audiences and enhance their experience.As part of this exciting journey, we are looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our People team and play a critical role in shaping our culture and supporting our leaders and teams globally.About the RoleAs HRBP at Fever, you'll have a strategic and operational role that supports senior leaders and touches on two key team pillars: Engagement and Performance Management.
You will be a trusted advisor to our leaders, a driver of impactful initiatives, and an analytical problem solver who ensures data-driven decisions are at the heart of our people processes.With Fever's fast-paced growth, this is your opportunity to leave a mark, building and improving processes while empowering our teams and leaders to thrive.What You'll DoYour responsibilities will span across multiple areas, with a focus on these key pillars:Performance Management: Oversee the Semi-annual performance review cycle, ensuring fairness, alignment, and calibration across teams.
Support managers in defining development goals and tracking progress to foster continuous growth and improvement.
Use performance data to recommend and implement strategies that align People outcomes with business goals.Engagement: Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and create a sense of belonging aligned with Fever's culture and values.
Gather and analyze employee feedback to design actionable plans for improvement.
Partner with leaders to promote a positive employee experience that drives retention and satisfaction.Manager Support & Team Development: Be a go-to partner for managers, providing guidance on team dynamics, conflict resolution, and best practices in people management.
Collaborate with managers to anticipate team needs, mitigate risks, and proactively spot issues before they fester.
Deeply understand all policies and processes, and assist and collaborate with other People Teams in fostering alignment and consistency.
Act as a key resource to track team progress and promote smooth collaboration.About YouTo thrive in this role, you'll need:A degree in Human Resources, Law, Finance, or a related field.At least 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing environment.Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.Fluent English (C1 level).Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills.Emotional intelligence, empathy, and a collaborative mindset
