Parexel FSP is looking for a Study Operations Manager in Spain for a 4 - 6 months contract , 100% remote.
In this position, you will be responsible for studies and activities on a national level from inception, through execution to closure.
You will be responsible for the management aspects of assigned studies, including vendor and budget management.

Responsibilities: Implementation of commissioning and activation plans for sites at regional/national/research level.
Responsibility for the recruitment strategy at country/study level.
Support the development of plans at survey level.
Communicate with the local team and internal departments and the CRO partner, where applicable, to ensure effective and timely delivery of agreed plans.
Management and oversight of studies and/or country providers, including the monitoring and coordination of results delivered by providers.
Work independently and use own judgement.
Experience Required: Minimum of 2 - 3 years relevant experience in clinical trial management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task under limited direction and on own initiative.
Master's/Bachelor's degree/Doctorate or Bachelor's degree/Nursing is essential.
Experience working at a senior level in a research start-up and site activation.
