Responsibilities:Work with discipline leads in Print, Digital, Broadcast, and Creative to ensure efficient processes are adhered to and continuously look to improve existing best practices.Understand all aspects of Craft's digital production platform, cPlus, and ensure the studio is working within the best practice guidelines.Collaborate with the leadership team to create and implement workflows to enhance efficiencies.Improve studio business processes and expand capabilities & workflow through technology.Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external clients and suppliers.Promote a culture that celebrates the key pillars of Craft's offering: Craftsmanship, Intelligence, and Community.Perfil Buscado (H/M/D):6+ years experience (studio production environment is interesting but not mandatory).Solid organizational and process-oriented mindset with a good understanding of financial results related to client and project profitability.Demonstrated positive, results-oriented attitude.Excellent English and Spanish communication skills.Must be a competent leader, teacher, and mentor for others.Able to foster a positive team atmosphere.Qué ofrecemos:A unique and challenging job within an international, creative, and ambitious work environment.
