We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Student Life Coordinator to join our vibrant Student Affairs team.
This role will involve organizing and overseeing a variety of extracurricular sports, social, and cultural activities for our students, both on and off-campus.
You will play a key role in creating memorable experiences while ensuring all activities are in line with internal policies, and external regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Organize and oversee sports, social, and cultural activities and outings for students.
Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, local, and federal laws.
Supervise the use and maintenance of equipment and facilities related to extracurricular activities.
Support and coach sports teams, representing the school at various competitions.
Promote and encourage a healthy lifestyle among students.
Assist Student Clubs and provide guidance in their activities.
Carry out daily administrative tasks within the Student Affairs Department.
Support the Student Affairs Team during major events and the yearly summer camp.
Requirements: Experience in organizing extracurricular activities, preferably in a student-focused environment.
Passion for sports, social events, and cultural activities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in both English and French, written and verbal.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to assist during key periods, including school events and summer camp.
