What you will do

Due to expansion, we currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Structured Finance Associate to join the JC Capital team in Luxembourg. Working closely with the EMEALA and APAC leader, you will collaborate with Johnson Controls sales teams and originate new finance transactions for Johnson Controls customers on a global scale.
How you will do it
As Structured Finance Associate, working a remote/hybrid role, you will be responsible for:
Capturing project and customer credit information.
Financial modelling, creating finance proposals and closing finance transactions.
Building relationships with sales teams to train in credit offerings and develop understanding.
Creating and reviewing terms and conditions.
Working on credit analysis for customers and projects as necessary.
What we look for
Required
Are you able to demonstrate the following?
Strong financial skills, with experience in lending and/or leasing.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to deliver financial information to sales and engineering colleagues.
Ability to speak and write in English, French and Spanish.

Preferred
We'd ideally love you to hold a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, but this isn't crucial if you have experience. In addition to English, French and Spanish any other languages, especially German and/or Italian will be an advantage.
