Job Description: Position: Structural Topside Lead Discipline Engineer

Role Description: Design and calculation of primary topside structures:Finite element analysis (ANSYS) of topside structures for in-place, fatigue, and temporary conditions (load out, sea transport, and installation).Structural calculations using the equivalent section method in Eurocode 3.Calculation of welded and bolted joints.Preparation of structural calculation reports.Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with a focus on marine structures. Chartered Engineer or similar professional accreditation.Experience Required: 5-8 years of relevant experience in marine structural engineering, focusing on offshore projects.Proven ability to supervise and verify subcontractors' work in marine structural design.Experience in designing substructures (jackets) and topside structures for HVDC and HVAC platforms, preferably in the German North Sea/Baltic Sea.Familiarity with German statutory requirements (BSH) for offshore wind projects is highly desirable.Strong understanding of offshore engineering principles, with knowledge of international standards and regulations.Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks, meeting project deadlines, and ensuring the quality of deliverables.Software Skills: Languages: Contract Type: FULL_TIME
