MissionThe Structural Calculation Engineer will be integrated into an international project team to carry out structural calculation activities.
He will produce finite element models and mechanical analyses: static, dynamic, non-linear, shock, etc.
Your main tasks will be:
Identify the regulatory requirements and define the means to be implemented for the demonstration of compliance.
In some cases, these requirements and means can be defined by the customer.Propose and implement calculation methods in accordance with the rules of the art or the client's methods.Carry out these calculation analyzes (static, fast dynamic, fatigue, damage tolerance, metallic, composite, etc.)
using analytical methods or via the creation and post-processing of Finite Element Models.Provide summaries of the calculation results and propose improvements.Write justification and certification documents.RequirementsYou speak Spanish (minimum C1 level), English (minimum B2 level), and/or French and are able to interact orally on a daily basis with teams located in France.Ideally, you have a minimum of 2 years' experience in structural calculation, mainly on static dimensioning and Finite Element Models.You have very good knowledge of aeronautical design in metal and composite.You possess a good sense of physics allowing you to propose concepts, as well as a practical sense enabling a rational and pragmatic approach to subjects.You master calculation tools (PATRAN/NASTRAN, HYPERWORKS).
