You will help the leadership team to consolidate and evolve Mormedi methodology expertise related to Design and Business Strategy.Definition and in project supervision of methodological approaches.Coaching and training the team in new methodologies.Foment integration and cross-discipline practice with Mormedi design disciplines.In guiding multidisciplinary project teams, you will:Train and cultivate understanding client need with a global vision of the project priorities. Navigate complex projects and transmit confidence to the client.Train your ability to lead, guide and empower multidisciplinary project teams by taking on a specific phase or work stream within a given project.Play a key role in all aspects of the execution of a project, act as a connection between senior and junior members of the team – ensuring that methodologies and processes are implemented correctly, that the outputs have excellent quality while also keeping in mind the profitability of the project.Supervise and train junior members of the team, giving guidance on correct application of methodologies and on content quality
