Mission As the Strategy & Performance Sr Manager of the International team, you will be responsible for leading strategic projects with a hands-on approach in order to achieve specific business goals, building a growth and S&OP plan for new markets, ensuring KPIs visibility and launching global methodologies and dynamics.
You will also be a part of the local team during the launching phase, identifying opportunities and defining strategic priorities.
Objectives Communicate effectively and lead (indirect) multiple team leads of different cities and countries to achieve the growth targets.
Analyze numbers consistently in order to find opportunities and/or roadblocks in achieving growth.
Generate quick visibility on new markets, standardizing KPIs.
Analyze and understand key growth drivers for new markets, working closely with the finance team to build the Business Plan.
Hire and onboard local strategy teams.
Create the first 12 months growth and S&OP plan and iterate after stabilization of operations.
Follow up on results during the launching period.
Iterate and define strategic initiatives for growth.
Control of operational pricing algorithms.
Ensure processes for the standardization of the main business metrics and report them consistently to stakeholders.
Work together with the Online acquisition team.
Monitor and establish BP's weekly and monthly objectives to achieve business goals.
Skills Leadership & stakeholder management (set clarity of direction, drive alignment across areas).
Executional excellence (translate strategies and priorities into concrete actions).
Strategic thinking (define and prioritize strategic priorities).
Analytics (data/tech driven; drive to test/pilot/measure/repeat).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for investor-level storytelling and plan synthesis.
Willingness to roll up sleeves and do whatever is necessary (owner mentality).
Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with multiple teams and leadership.
Fluent in English.
Experience 5+ years of experience.
Experience leading projects hands-on with diverse teams; ideally in matrix organizational structures.
Strategy consulting, tech, or startups.
Requirements Travel required.
