The Team:The Strategy & Operations team is a crucial part of Celonis's top-line growth, providing analytical & execution support to the company's Sales and Sales Support functions. The team is responsible for a variety of duties in strategic planning, sales operations, finance, and business analytics – requiring a mix of strategy, go-to-market design, market analysis, sales optimization and programs, and business operational support.
The Role:As a Strategy & Operations Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in driving the success of our sales organization. The primary goal is to equip sales teams and the S&O team with the tools, systems, and insights they need to achieve their business goals. You will be responsible for building sales dashboards (by partnering with the Analytics team) and scalable business models, finding bottlenecks and optimizing performance among our current sales systems / tools, and reporting on operational KPIs to help steer the growth of our sales organization. This role combines business analysis, entrepreneurial spirit, and cross-team collaboration to provide best-in-class sales tools, reporting, and analytics to the company.
The work you'll do:Collaborate cross-functionally to design, implement and execute best-in-class sales tools & analytics that support the company's objectivesOwn the "products" you create, seek feedback among teams, and enable end-users to uncover new business insights or increase efficiency in reportingIdentify gaps and improvement opportunities based on sales performance analytics and user feedback, making recommendations and obtaining buy-in for your ideasAct as a Strategy & Operations liaison to the Analytics and CRM teams to help prioritize, define, and iterate on Sales initiatives / processesManage internal communications / relationships for your projectsDeliver business insights & recommendations to S&O + Sales LeadershipThe qualifications you need: Bachelor's degree.2-3+ years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business analytics, or similar (preferably within the SaaS industry).Proven business operations / analytics experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.Excellent business modeling skills with high attention to detail and sense of urgency.Strong relationship building and presentation skills.Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to develop outcome-driven solutions.Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize and work efficiently and independently in a high-volume, fast-paced, rapidly changing, and results-oriented environment.Fluency in spoken and written English.Experience with SQL and/or BI tools is a plus.#LI-DB5
