What you'll be doingLeading all operational processes for in-person card payments productsBuilding and optimising scalable processes to continue Revolut's Acquiring hyper-growthLeading and implementing key projects on supply chain management and optimisation end to endManaging critical vendor and partner relationships, including sourcing, negotiation, and monitoringExploring and defining which projects the team should prioritise, and setting a timeline to reach goals quicklyBecoming a key contributor in product investigation and scoping/searching for new features to provide a seamless customer experienceWhat you'll needA 2:1 STEM degree from a top university3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environmentHands-on coding experience with SQL, Python, or RExperience with POS systems and devices and/or experience with supply chain managementA solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projectsA magic skill to break complex problems into smaller ones and enjoy working with dataA natural curiosity and will to make an impactAn interest in the financial industryBuilding a global financial super app isn't enough.
