Strategy Manager

The Strategy Manager will be a core member of the Marketing department, in charge of providing insightful information, on a variety of matters, to the team.Among other things, this role will:Help defining the strategy for acquisition (Marketing Strategic Plan, Budget and transformation projects)Analysing and interpreting data in order to propose different marketing solutionsProcess data sources to segment clients, measure performance, compare initiatives, etcWork alongside MKT Analytics team and MKT operational team to identify and deploy improvement initiativesCommunicate business insights in a simple and persuasive wayDirect support to Spain CMOCandidate profileExperienced professionals with at least 4 years of experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm or similar positionStrong Business AcumenGreat analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills - ability to build relationships and work effectively with people at all levels in an organizationCan-do mindset with the ability to recommend quick and pragmatic decisions.Highly developed time management skills and ability to prioritise workload.
