The preferred location for this role is Madrid, Spain but any EU Sonnedix location can be considered.The role:The Strategy Manager at Sonnedix reports to the Chief of Staff. The Strategy Manager plays a critical role in collaborating across teams to achieve strategic objectives. They support the development and management of global strategic plans, anticipating market trends, aligning organizational goals, and fostering a culture of adaptability to meet business objectives.The Strategy Manager monitors market developments, provides insights for strategic decision-making, and supports the growth of the business through the development of strategic plans. They collaborate in business engagement activities, develop metrics to track progress, and stay informed about industry trends. Additionally, they work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to refine strategic goals, manage stakeholder relationships, identify transformation projects, and provide project management support to ensure the realization of Sonnedix's strategic vision.Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in the energy sectorAbility in innovative problem-solving techniquesTrack record of successful project managementFamiliarity with financial modeling and analysisBusiness English, Spanish, Italian and/or French a plusAbout Us: Sonnedix is an international Renewable Energy Producer (REP) with over a decade-long trajectory of sustainable growth.
