The Main Event: What you'll do Develop and implement the company's long-term strategic vision in line with emerging market trends and growth opportunities. Lead comprehensive market analysis and assessment to identify key opportunities for expansion and collaboration. Oversee competitive assessment and development of sound competitive strategies to strengthen the company's market position. Work closely with the General Manager, executive and management teams to align corporate strategy with organizational goals and objectives. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, and other growth efforts. Lead and oversee the implementation of key strategic initiatives, ensuring effective monitoring and evaluation to ensure that established objectives are met. The Perfect Match: What you bring Proven experience of at least 5 years in a strategic or management role in the Real Estate or Proptech industry, preferably with leadership experience. Extensive knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in the Real Estate industry and the ability to translate that knowledge into effective business strategies. Solid network in the industry. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders. Entrepreneurial mindset, results orientation and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Nice to have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or other relevant field. A specialization in Technology or Property would be an asset.
