Fever has developed a proprietary technology that inspires a global community of over 125M people through personalized and curated experiences in their local city whilst empowering entertainment and event creators to reach new audiences and enhance their experience.Sounds amazing, right?About the TeamGrowth is the team responsible for promoting the Fever business plan across all Markets and ensuring that our Partners perform as expected, helping them grow within Fever.Our decisions are data-driven from the highest to the lowest strategy level, allowing us to fully understand the Fever business model and how we can leverage this to interact with every single team within the company to grow the business in the expected direction.About the roleEnhance the overall company performance across different business departments that work in the Portuguese-speaking marketDefine and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business, and strategic skillsEnd-to-end solutions with daily high impactCreate, develop, and manage new projects like new business streams, workflows, strategies, and specific departments' growthWork with people and projects across different markets, with a special focus on the Portuguese-speaking market, in a big international atmosphere (up to 40 countries)Report directly to global growth managersAbout YouYou have anEngineering bachelor's(Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications, or Aeronautics) or aMaths / Statistics / Data Analytics / Strategy backgroundAt least3 years of experiencein an analytics roleData-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisionsGenerate high business impact based on your decisionsStrong analytical and quantitative skills as well as a strong bias toward data-based decisionExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work successfully across many disciplines departments and business casesUnderstanding any coding language is preferred (SQL, R, Python…)Advanced level ofEnglish and Portuguese speaker.
