Working with Verisure is being part of an industry-leading world-class company that has a strong entrepreneurial spirit.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop our global people strategy, ensuring alignment with the broader strategic intent, countries, and other business areas.Define and execute cross-country and multidisciplinary initiatives (to deliver our strategy), including core HR projects (such as Employee Value Proposition, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, New Ways of Working, etc.) to business-related projects (such as Organization excellence, cost effectiveness, etc.).Acknowledge cross-country demands and interests.Analyse project impact and results, identifying and measuring relevant KPIs and conducting quantitative analysis to gain deeper insights and support decision making (from full business cases to specific analysis on resources allocations, target setting, etc) - highly data-driven organization.Maintain a 360-degree perspective (on e.G., scope, timing, costs, quality, communication, and deliverables) across teams involved.Provide coordination and execution support to other Group HR teams (Talent & Learning, Compensation & Benefits, Comms, ESG...) on cross-functional projects.Develop solutions, actions, and roadmaps to accelerate transformation and mitigate risks, involving stakeholders and senior leaders appropriately.Work with our People Analytics team (part of Group HR Strategy & Planning team) to translate business and HR objectives into data & analytics solutions, and results into business insights using appropriate data engineering, analytics, visualization & dashboard applications (e.G., Predictive Analytics, adjusted equal pay gap, PowerBi FTEs dashboard).Support our Chief Human Resources, Communications and ESG Officer on other relevant activities (e.G., Board and Management team meetings presentations, Global connects, Business support, etc).You will have the opportunity to play a strategic and operational role at the same time – with full project ownership and accountability
