What you'll get to do• Empower the Strategic Planning and the Consumer & Market Intelligence teams to deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership for effective decision-making.• Develop and manage a market intelligence platform with dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics tools to deliver actionable insights.• Assist the Strategic Planning process by integrating market/ business data and creating tools and dashboards to monitor the progress of strategic initiatives based on the plan.• Support the Consumer Research projects with analytical methods & tools.• Serve as the SP & C&MI data platform owner and collaborate with the Global Data Analytics Hub and other domains to implement the right data architecture, ensuring a "single source of truth."• Support the Company's Top Management in the adoption of analytical tools.• Create an Analytics Community and foster their engagement. We'd love to meet you if you haveExperience:• You have led data and analytics transformation projects in FMCG multinational companies.• You have delivered data-driven insights across market intelligence, retail, e-commerce, financial functions, supply chain, and consumer Insights.• You have hands-on knowledge of leading data analytics and visualization tools.• You have designed and rolled out dashboards for data visualization and decision-making.
