JOB DESCRIPTION:
Vision: We are the leading global independent bedbank in the travel industry, reshaping the travel ecosystem & empowering choice for partners & travelers.
Our role in the ecosystem: Empower & connect travel companies worldwide - from accommodation to transport, activities & payments, from local to global brands.
Context: We operate in a hugely fragmented industry, the B2B travel arena. As a high-value intermediary, we connect our clients (online travel agencies, retail travel agencies, tour operators, etc.) with suppliers all around the world (hotels, payments, transfers, activities & theme parks).
Headquarters: Palma de Mallorca (offices all around the world)
Role description: Support the Corporate Strategy team to drive in conjunction with the HB Executive Committee the definition of the Company strategy in the short, mid and long term.
Provide support to key commercial functions in the design and implementation of the strategic initiatives from the Strategic Priority Map through rigorous and deep analysis that facilitates decision making in order to ensure rapid and profitable growth.
Perform regular market & competitive landscape analysis.
Develop presentations with conceptual and/or quantitative analysis that facilitate top management decision making.
Challenges: Support projects with tight deadlines and high levels of pressure.
Support the delivery of high-level quality work for top management.
Work with uncertainty and limited information.
Ambiguity of situations.
Summarize and first analysis of abstract information.
