and we are looking to add a Strategic Risk Services Team Lead to our global fraud-fighting team. How will you make an impact in this role? The Strategic Risk Services Team Leader will oversee the operations of our Strategic Risk Services teams that assist Accertify's clients. They will lead and motivate the team of Chargeback Analysts to work efficiently and comply with all regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Lead teams of fraud specialists responsible for supporting multiple Client accountsConduct regular quality assurance assessments to evaluate fraud specialist performanceCreate personalized development plans and deliver regular coaching or performance feedbackPerform initial root-cause analysis for any observed changes in Client environmentsUtilize Interceptas reporting capabilities to build, analyze, and measure specialist successCreate and maintain Client-specific reference materials and training resourcesIdentify and communicate possible enhancements to the Client's fraud strategyEnsures high workforce morale and job satisfactionCoordinate proper cross-client coverage and successfully adapt to volume fluctuations to exceed Client service level agreementsExperience and Qualifications:Must be fluent in English.Preferred ability to work a rotational schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, holidays, and as needed for shift coveragePassionate about developing new talent and leveraging existing talent to exceed Client expectations3+ years' experience in e-commerce fraud prevention with a strong understanding of payment risk principles, including techniques or platforms used to mitigate e-commerce fraudFamiliarity with leading/supervising a team using SMART goal strategies1+ year Interceptas experienceConfidence in making instinctual business decisions with little or no directionStrong internet research, Microsoft Office, and overall computer skillsEnjoys working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with the flexibility to manage competing priorities
