Job Description Reporting Line: Global Head of Talent Acquisition
Summary Job Functions: Provide talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and talent demographic data to understand and identify the current and future market conditions.Be an advisor to our talent acquisition team regarding the marketplace and constantly evolving, tweaking, and improving the search strategy to deliver excellence.Attract interested, qualified and motivated potentials for functional areas for current and future hires by using a multichannel sourcing approach.Utilize appropriate social media sourcing and branding tools to support talent attraction.Develop and carry out a referral sourcing strategy including groups and affiliations, alumni websites, Boolean searches, targeted companies/individuals, and use of analytics tools.Qualifications Education: Master's degree is desired or equivalent by experience.
Qualifications: At least 3-5 years of experience as a strategic/technical recruitment Sourcer is essential.Experience with online and offline sourcing and recruiting techniques.Experience setting up pipelines and building communities.Demonstrated experience with social media marketing and digital networking.Proficient in relevant office software and ATS/database systems, preferably SmartRecruiters.Ability to conduct online and pre-screening interviews.The ability to stay up to date with competitor information and market trends.Knowledge, Skills And Abilities: High-level analytical skills.Detail-oriented and strong investigation skills.Project management skills.Strong ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and ambiguity.Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking in devising and proposing new opportunities.Excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills.Determination and pro-activity.Eager to learn continuously and develop personal and technical capabilities.Ability to build knowledge and expertise within the team.Expert verbal and written communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.Capacity to adapt to a highly dynamic environment.Additional Information Why SGS?
