Join Roche, where every voice matters.The Position Reporting to the Bid and Contracts Lead, your mission is to offer expert advice and strategic coordination in the end-to-end process of participating in public tenders for key commercial operations. As the biggest expert of the affiliate in the comprehensive process of public procurement, and with a deep commercial approach, your role focuses mainly in the definition and implementation of a winning strategy.Your holistic vision of the public tenders, the IVD market and our competitors will allow you to bring high valuable contributions from the pre-tender phase to the contract execution. Thanks to your contracts knowledge together with your commercial capabilities you will be able to build strong relationships with the key clients and direct impact on key operations.Your Key Responsibilities:Provide expert support to the Sales teams from the earlier stages of the opportunities to contract formalization for selected strategic operations.Complement commercial capabilities to ensure that a winning strategy is defined and implemented, ensuring competitiveness, sustainability and perfect preparation of the offers, maximizing the probability of success.Establish trust relationships with key clients hand to hand with Sales and Market Access. Participation in public procurement forums and workshops.Visit Clients to offer senior advice and collaborate on key opportunities.Participate and influence the phases of the 'Tender To Cash' process to anticipate the elaboration of the best technical and economic proposal for key clients.Review all documentation included in strategic proposals. This includes both technical documentation and the tailor made offer provided by the sales network and third parties.Analyze the entire process of offering and awarding contracts in order to ensure compliance with the strategy and simulations, allowing you to stay up to date with changes and trends in the market and competition. Apply this information to future bidding strategies.Provide contractual and dispute advice leading the strategy in litigations (or opposition to them) that ensures the timely management of the process and guaranteeing the maximum rate of success.As the main expert in public procurement, you will stay up to date with the latest trends in innovative ways of contracting and value based procurement.Establish guidelines on the strategy in the end-to-end contracting process.Conduct trainings on public contracting to the whole SubChapter and the rest of the Organization
