More specifically, in Spain, we have five solar energy facilities located throughout the country.We are currently seeking a Strategic Project Manager to work with and strengthen our Business Transformation team, based either in the Madrid or Seville office.Responsibilities In Business Transformation, we lead projects that drive the execution of the company's strategy, taking a holistic approach to key business challenges across a wide range of topics: from top line/cost savings initiatives or the integration of a new acquisition, to transforming the way thousands of employees work with new digital tools or simply improving our processes.As a Strategic Project Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Business Transformation and lead strategic initiatives to help Atlantica execute its strategy. You will work closely with the various business units all around the world, getting to the heart of the matter and taking end-to-end responsibility for the projects under your scope: from defining the problem and designing the solution to driving implementation together with the business units ensuring long-term sustainable impact.The responsibilities of a Strategic Project Manager are:Lead strategic projects end-to-end, including planning, resourcing, and budget management.Report to top management on the progress and impact of projects within their scope.Engage with the business beyond the project to make the best decisions and act as an advisor to business managers.Identify new opportunities for improvement by performing diagnostics in specific areas of any type
