About the Role As a Strategic Project Manager at Instabee Norway, you are expected to play an integral role in our strategic, business & financial planning. This involves assessing the opportunities and challenges we're facing in the Norwegian market, and together with the Norwegian leadership team set targets and develop plans to achieve the desired outcome. For projects that are cross-functional, complex and/or high-impact, you will take on the role as project manager and drive projects from scoping to implementation. In that process, you will have the opportunity to work with all functions, learn the business, and get to know colleagues from all corners of Instabee. Through this position, you will gain firsthand insight and experience from driving a tech-based scale up. Key Responsibilities Play an integral role in our strategic, business & financial planning Lead cross-functional, complex and/or high-impact projects Liaise with Country Manager and other Norwegian leaders in translating strategic and business objectives into actionable plans Monitor performance, resolve blockers, and support country manager in the execution of the entire project portfolio From time to time, collaborate with strategy resources in other markets on global initiatives (e.g., product launches, fundraising) What We're Looking For You probably have a few years experience from working at a top tier management consulting/investment banking firm, or similar experience Further experience from a start-up / scale-up environment is a bonus Experience from driving workstreams or entire projects from scoping to implementation Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively As a person, we believe you are curious and a quick learner, that thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment We are a close-knit team that work collaboratively towards shared targets. As such, we look for a colleague with an emphatic collaboration style Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
