**Job Details****What you will do**The Strategic Project Leader is a key role reporting to the office of Chief Operating Officer, Building Solutions, EMEALA. You will be part of a newly formed team driving operationalized efficiencies across our operations businesses in Europe, Middle East & Africa, and Latin America.**How you will do it**As an experienced operations professional you will be closely working with European/regional teams and core program teams. As a Project Implementation leader, you will be preparing detailed regional implementation plans with allocated regions. You will develop estimates of capex and opex costs with program and regional teams for budgeting purposes.This role will be responsible for the delivery of assessments and valuations of assumed business benefits to provide a robust return on investment with the program and regional teams.**What we look for**Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalentMinimum 5-10 year's experience in service business in handling operations or implementing projects for service growth of the business for Building Technology and Solutions or an equivalent businessExperience of working as a Lead for operations or project implementationStrong project management experience and experience in working for a matrix organizationGood interpersonal skills, both verbal and aural are important.Ability to work under pressure and consistently deliver expected resultsA professional with the highest eye for business, who has the interpersonal skills and can gain credibility with executive management, peers,and customersExperience communicating effectively across multiple organizations and business leadersPreferredRecent or Past experience in running IT or business projectsLean or Six Sigma Green Belt trainedLI-NT1LI-Hybrid#J-18808-Ljbffr
