Your Little Big responsibilities
Little BIG Connection is actively looking for a Strategic Project Manager Intern (Coporate Management) in Madrid!
Position Overview: As a Strategic Project Coordinator, you will coordinate and participate in the progress of several strategic projects. Working closely with our CEO and COO, you will be instrumental in driving strategic projects that reshape our departments and introduce innovative tools and processes to support our growth both in France and internationally. Your role will involve auditing current processes, making recommendations, and developing action plans. You will also coordinate the efforts of various departments and play an active role in project implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit and Recommendations: Conduct thorough audits, make strategic recommendations, and develop detailed action plans for projects within your area of responsibility.
- Coordination and Reporting: Define regular coordination points and establish a reporting format to ensure clear communication and progress tracking.
- Project Management: Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure projects run smoothly and are completed on time.
- Implementation: Actively participate in the implementation of projects, ensuring that all steps are executed effectively.
- Strategic Proposals: Make informed proposals and take positions on project directions based on comprehensive documentation and comparative studies.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Management, Business or similar studies
- Proven experience in project management or strategic planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting audits and developing action plans.
- Proficiency in French and English is preferred.
