What You'll Do:The Strategic Projects Office (SPO) is responsible for developing, leading and project managing major strategic programs at Criteo. These projects are highly cross-functional and aligned to business strategy change, and drive the organisation and our operating model transformation. The team is also the guardian of the Company Race Plan - our corporate priorities and associated initiatives and KPIs. At the current time the focus is on Criteo's Transformation - a comprehensive operating model evolution.The Strategic Program Senior Manager role is an amazing opportunity to contribute to Criteo development and transformation by managing transversal, strategic and impactful projects. We have a very ambitious roadmap that includes company-wide exciting initiatives, some of which you will directly manage. You'll be reporting to the head of SPO.What will you be doing?The Strategic Program Senior Manager will have the responsibility to drive strategic and transversal initiatives, in close collaboration with senior business or functional Criteo stakeholders, and in alignment with other functions and our global company roadmap. It includes:Drive discussions with our Leaders and their respective teams to define and steer key projects within the Race Plan or Transformation programsDirect and implement complex program scoping and problem solving through different qualitative (interviews, workshops, root cause analysis...) or quantitative analysis (data modelling and data crunching)Formalize strategic program recommendations and implementation plan with clear milestones, objectives and timeline that are practical, relevant and cohesive. Lead and communicate efficiently according to context and stakeholders, and be at ease with senior to C-level audience.Ensure day-to-day management of the program and track progress against plan, ensure alignment and understanding of overall objectives among the project teamWork closely and create trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, be able to understand and anticipate their priorities in light of the program objectives and build tailored recommendations, consistently obtaining buy-in on recommendationsEffectively handle priorities, balancing stakeholders needs across multiple programs, identifying risks and proactively managing issues that could arise
