Please do not contact the recruiter directly.What You'll Do:The Strategic Projects Office (SPO) is responsible for developing, leading and project managing major strategic programs at Criteo. These projects are highly cross-functional and aligned to business strategy change, and drive the organisation and our operating model transformation. The team is also the guardian of the Company Race Plan – our corporate priorities and associated initiatives and KPIs. At the current time the focus is on Criteo's Transformation – a comprehensive operating model evolution.The Strategic Program Senior Manager role is an amazing opportunity to contribute to Criteo development and transformation by managing transversal, strategic and impactful projects. You'll be reporting to the head of SPO.Responsibilities:Drive discussions with our Leaders and their respective teams to define and steer key projects within the Race Plan or Transformation programsDirect and implement complex program scoping and problem solving through different qualitative (interviews, workshops, root cause analysis…) or quantitative analysis (data modelling and data crunching)Formalize strategic program recommendations and implementation plan with clear milestones, objectives and timeline that are practical, relevant and cohesive. Lead and communicate efficiently according to context and stakeholders, and be at ease with senior to C-level audience.Ensure day-to-day management of the program and track progress against plan, ensure alignment and understanding of overall objectives among the project teamWork closely and create trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding and anticipating their priorities in light of the program objectives and building tailored recommendations, consistently obtaining buy-in on recommendationsEffectively handle priorities, balancing stakeholders needs across multiple programs, identifying risks and proactively managing issues that could arise.Ensure proper monitoring and reporting to program Sponsor, track progress and secure appropriate staffingWhen relevant, develop, drive and mentor junior resources on the project, providing them with guidance and insightsDirect & support improvement of methodologies, processes and tools across the SPO teamWho You Are:Good understanding of Criteo strategyStrong belief that transformation is needed and an understanding of whyUnderstanding of the Criteo product/ business lines and their various dynamicsProven experience within Criteo leading cross-functional or operational projectsStrategic thinker that sees the big picture beyond operational challengesExposition to senior leadership (LT or ELT) and a strong relation with LT members is a plusExposition to M&A projects (either from a global strategic perspective or from a functional perspective) is a plusGeneral Skills:Effective verbal and written communication skillsGood communication is a two-way process; listening to internal customers' feedback, needs and concerns is vitalThe ability to see the big picture, anticipate future trends and consequences, and incorporate them into the operational/organizational planA deep understanding of project management techniques such as planning, scheduling, risk management, and change control is crucialThe ability to measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives and use that information to improve future effortsBuilding strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and other departments is keyEfficient and effective problem-solving for large scale programs with complex scenarios and high stakesIdeal Backgrounds:6/7+ year Management/ Strategy/Financial/M&A consultingCross-functional project management exposure including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, manage long-term projects and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyOperational experience in fast-moving/ changing environmentsBA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
