About the role: We have the clear ambition to become the uncontested leading European provider of integrated, end-to-end HR solutions for all organizations and workers. To realize our ambitious plans, Pricing has been identified as a strategic lever for growth and we are therefore currently looking to expand our internal Pricing muscle. The Pricing Manager will report to the Strategic Pricing Director. The Pricing team sits within Commercial Excellence, a central function which is the commercial engine that underpins growth in our markets by defining strategy and translating it into offerings, commercial enablement, and execution. What do you have to offer? Proven experience (3 years+) in packaging and pricing in a B2B setting, ideally in a SaaS and managed services industry. Experience within HR Tech and/or payroll services domain are beneficial but not essential. A strong analytical skill set and can drive business insights forward with imperfect data. An intrapreneur who truly takes on commitment and delivers. Strong commercial acumen and balances quantitative and qualitative inputs. Always sees the bigger picture, linking your work to the overall strategy of our company. Adept at building rapport with stakeholders and managing expectations. A critical analytical mind, contributing to the continuous challenging of the status quo. A true team player. One for all, all for one! Fluent in English (spoken and written), any other European language is considered a plus. Which tasks can you expect? Develop and refine pricing strategies for our European markets and segments that align with the company's business objectives and market dynamics. Identify and seize opportunities to drive revenue growth through pricing optimization. Implement pricing analytics and methodologies to measure and report on price performance. Continuously monitor and optimize pricing models across our markets and segments
