.The Opportunity Mission: The mission of the Strategic Planning Director is to support the development of the B&F Division Strategy and the 3Y Financial Plan, to monitor the execution of the Strategy and liaise with the Business Stakeholders to ongoingly adjust the Strategy to respond to environment changes and emerging priorities. What you'll get to do Functions and Responsibilities: Coordinate the environmental analysis with the Market & Consumer Intelligence teams to help Top Management understand the Beauty Industry trends, pools of growth and risks and opportunities.Support the Strategic Planning and Analytics VP in his coordination role during the development of a new Strategic Plan, liaising with Top Management of the B&F Division and potentially with external consultants.Coordinate with Brands, Markets and Support functions the development of the Strategic Plan initiatives and the review of their progress with the B&F COMEX.Translate the division's strategy into a long-term ambition and a Rolling 3Y Business Plan providing different scenarios, revised on a yearly basis.Fulfil the "One Group" requirements regarding 3Y Business Plans, raising recommendations regarding the levels of risk adjustment for the different scenarios.Support the President of the B&F Division in his communication regarding the strategy and the business plans.Set up a Program Office to monitor the actual evolution of the Strategic Plan and Long-Term Vision Assumptions ("Environmental sign-posts"), and the progress on the different initiatives and capability development that conform the Strategic Plan.Review the Strategic Planning Integrated Principles calendar on a yearly basis and fix the critical milestones.Set the pace with regards to the execution of the Strategic Planning Integrated Principles, helping collect all the inputs for the development of each of the process steps.Support the BMC's dialogue facilitating their interaction and the key decision making according to the Dates & Gates principles.Continuous improvement of this process, adjusting interactions, calendar, inputs and outputs according to the key stakeholder's actual needs and the process evolution. We'd love to meet you if you have Requirements: Experience: At least 5 years of experience, ideally in different functions, bringing a company-wide perspective. CSM certificate earned as part of job training; previous experience working on Agile projects preferred.Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Languages: English/Spanish (French would be valued as a plus).Competencies: The Strategic Planning Director should be a strong people and process manager who has experience driving culture and behaviour change at a large and complex organisation.
