People Manager | Driving Organizational GrowthWe are looking for a dynamic and creative Strategic Marketing Manager. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, you will be responsible for evaluating solution options in the Marketing and Growth areas, consulting with a range of stakeholders to define and articulate business needs in a way that enables the design and delivery of solutions that add value to the users and improve our growth.Your key responsibilities will include:Leading the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing campaigns, leveraging insights from market research, consumer studies, and competitive analysis to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Data Analytics, Product Development, Communications, and Operations, to translate strategic priorities into compelling campaign concepts and user acquisition and retention flows.Harnessing the power of data analytics to inform marketing strategy, segmentation, and targeting, ensuring campaigns and customer acquisition and retention flows are effectively tailored to meet the needs and preferences of target audiences.Supporting and optimizing traffic acquisition campaigns, including out-of-home (OOH) and media buying initiatives, to drive targeted audience engagement and conversion across various channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy and business objectives.Developing innovative and engaging campaign concepts, messaging, and creative assets across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and offline marketing, to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.Monitoring marketing performance and KPIs, such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and ROI to identify opportunities for optimization and drive continuous improvement.Conducting post-campaign and monthly analysis and reporting, capturing learnings and insights to inform future campaign strategy and enhance overall marketing effectiveness.Providing strategic guidance and thought leadership to senior management and stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind marketing initiatives and advocating for resource allocation to support strategic priorities.Fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration, encouraging cross-functional teamwork and knowledge sharing to drive innovation and achieve organizational objectives.You will feel in your element if:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related.High level of English.5-7 years of progressive experience in business analysis or in marketing campaign management, preferably within the entertainment or digital media industry.Proven track record of successfully developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.#J-18808-Ljbffr
