The position
In this role, your mission will be to drive data-driven decision-making through the generation and dissemination of actionable insights derived from multiple sources. With a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, market dynamics, patient flow, and customer journey, you will provide Roche with a comprehensive view of emerging opportunities and challenges. You will assist the company in obtaining a thorough knowledge of our customers and patients, ensuring a 360-degree view of their needs, interests, behaviors, and engagement levels. Segmentation will play a key role, enabling a more tailored and effective strategy for customer interactions.
Your Responsabilities
- Responsible for releasing actionable insights related to business issues generated from different sources: market research, competitive intelligence, digital, medical, promotional activities and other internal/external company information.
- Identify and communicate trends (issues and opportunities) through analytics, keeping them aligned with current company assets, needs, goals and strategies.
- Have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, positioning, benchmark and performance of our competitors.
- Understands the environment considering stakeholders' influence and other external issues that can impact the business.
- Analyse the market, patient flow, epidemiology, customer journey, treatments use and other countries situation to help the disease area in the product strategy.
- Ensure a 360 vision of our customers and patients helping the company to drive best decision-making.
- Analyse different sources of information and define segmentation (needs, interests, channels and behaviours) that helps Roche to have a deeper understanding of our clients.
- Help to monitor customer experience and engagement in the different squads.
- Conduct different projects that allow us to expand our knowledge of customers and patients.
- Expertise in research methodologies and data sources related to the healthcare system, pharmaceutical marketplace and stakeholders within these environments.
- Performs complex analyses, translate the results in a way that can be intuitively used, maximizing the value of data assets, and provide insights that add values in the decision making from a strategic level to a territory / account level.
- Strong collaboration with global and rest of affiliates, sharing Spanish vision with the I8 SI&A and other related forums. Sharing local knowledge and expertise with other countries, and leveraging global solutions to make an impact locally.
- Act as a guardian for high standards of compliance, ethics and safety; putting patients at the centre of all actions by consistent business behaviour that complies with applicable laws, industry codes and Roche's Code of Conduct
- Owns your personal development to ensure you are continually growing skills and capabilities in line with your passion and the needs of the Organisation.
Who you are
- Have a Bachelors in Science, Business, Statistics, or related degree.
- MBA / Masters preferred.
- High English and Spanish level capacity.
- Based in Madrid (Spain).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, Business intelligence department/ consultant/ market research company or similar functions.
- Added experience in commercial areas (marketing or sales) will be valuable.
