With around 100 employees, our team is mainly based in Malaga, Spain, but we are incorporated in the US and the EU (with our headquarters registered in Delaware). Plytix is backed by Tier 1 investors, such as Tiger, and is already a global industry leader within PIM—one of the fastest-growing verticals in the retail industry.This is your chance to help guide our company financially as we rapidly scale through double-digit ARR and a potential exit.What will you be doing?You will be the main responsible for all things related to accounting, corporate finance, tax, transfer pricing, and more as well as acting as a strategic advisor to the founding team. You will be working very closely with the CEO and help steer decisions on how to deploy capital for accelerated yet responsible growth. Your main responsibilities will include but aren't limited to:Preparing consolidated financial statementsConducting financial audits under US GAAP, Danish GAAP, and Spanish GAAPClosing accounting under Local GAAPs (Danish, Spanish, and US) quarterly and yearlyPreparing consolidated corporate financial reporting on a monthly basisProviding strategic financial advisory to the CEOTransferring pricing and other tax-related topicsSupervising and managing accountant staff membersCreating and managing bank transactions as well as managing corporate credit cardsManaging all our bank accounts across multiple banks in three different countries, including liquidity controlPlanning and forecasting corporate financeAfter 1 month:You'll have been introduced to the entire organization and all of our finance and accounting processes. You'll understand how our customer acquisition model works and how we manage our customers and their subscriptions. You'll be an admin on all relevant software, including our own back office, and you'll be the appointed POC (point of contact) with all of the third-party vendors that you'll be working with.After 3 months:At this point, you have completely taken ownership of all processes as well as the team. You are accountable for everything related to corporate finance reporting, accounting, and beyond
