The international procurement teams negotiate global frame contracts and/or global agreements with external vendors to steer global external spend and to leverage the buying power of the Allianz Group. The "IT Professional Services Strategic Procurement" Team is responsible for all sourcing activities of the Global Category "IT Professional Services" within Allianz Group. Th category covers a wide range of services related to information technology. It includes the procurement of service like implementation, development of application, managed IT services or system integration services. You will Run Supplier evaluations (RFIs) & Request for Proposals (RFPs); Documentation of selection rational; Process (outsourcing) contracts ensuring optimal turn-around-times; achieve optimal resultsin terms of Quality - Service - Technology – Price. Defining pricing targets based on market analysis and benchmarks in alignment with the business unit. Strive for optimization of specifications and drive standardization. Preparation of market research overviews and consultation of the business units regarding market trends, supplier landscape incl. selecting and implementing concepts to identify alternative supply channels or standardization options. Pro-actively address quality, performance, and cost issues (Relationship Management & Supplier Management). Alignment with the business stakeholders regarding demand requirements and analysis of bundling potential. General consulting of business units and Allianz entities relating to strategic and questions to achieve the best sourcing strategies and gain best value for money. Strategic spend analysis of the national and international procurement market as well as benchmarking considering "best practice" and "total cost of ownership" approaches. Understand and advocate use of procurement tools and processes as well as ensure compliance to internal policies, all legal requirements, and the buying process. Your skillsDegree in computer science or economics/business administration with focus on third-party management, IT Professional Service procurement (IT Consulting) or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement, specifically within IT Service Sourcing. Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
