Job Description:
ResponsibilitiesAccountable for aeronautical sourcing activity, manages the tendering and thecontract negotiation to achieve the best purchasing conditions in accordance withCompany requirements. Monitors the contract with suppliers and Company stakeholders, ensuring thecomplete application of contract terms and its full performance in all dimensions(Logistics, support, quality, cost...). Leads, drives and manages suppliers and supply chain related projects under AHEportfolio to maximize internal and external customer value, while minimizing totalproduct cost & risks. Monitors and challenges suppliers operations to ensure a timely procurement,ensuring products are delivered on time, cost and quality to our internal customers inclose collaboration with Supply Chain and Suppliers Quality.
Main activities
Strategic Procurement management for the full supply scope within AHE.Builds fruitful relationships with suppliers and settles binding commitments to ensurethe best contractual conditions for the company, including but not limited tocompetitive prices, challenging OTD and OTQ performance, sustainable and reliablesourcing. Negotiates contracts and potential liquidated damages along the correspondingclaims. Export control compliance all across procurement governance.
Main deliverablesContracts, contract amendments and tendering processes on time and complyingwith OP targets. Claims and LD's routines, communication and negotiation.Prices and cost variance booster and controlling. Parts deliveries in accordance with OTD, OTC and OTQ targets.
