Leads the search and development of opportunities for strategic business development in the medium and long term aligned with the company's strategy. Collaborates and supports the strategy definition and priorities at expansion level, in new or existing markets. Develops the industrial plan in the M&A process, collaborates on commercial/technical Due Diligence and support the hand-over to the integration team MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Interprets information to support business strategy and planning and to identify key growth opportunities. Collects and analyses data to examine possible specific opportunities for inorganic growth. Elaborates specific Business Plans for the identified opportunity. Performs high level analysis of potential partners and potential targets to accelerate the Business Development. Defines and develops value propositions for potential partners / targets. Leads the commercial and technical analysis of the target, supported by internal experts (Product & Commercial Development, Customer & Technical Operations, etc.) as well as external advisors. Leads and coordinates all functions involved in commercial due diligence. Leads and supports the negotiation of the main operational contracts and supports internal experts in other relevant contracts, until closing with the Legal team. Ensures consistency between the approved industrial plan and the integration/separation phase coordinated with other internal departments (Finance, Product & Commercial Development, etc.). Supports other internal teams in post-closing activities (antitrust, contract splits, etc.) CANDIDATE PROFILE Academic Profile: Education: Telecommunications Engineer or similar with an MBA or other economics/management postgraduate. Languages: English -> Must-have -> Advanced Spanish -> Must-have -> Advanced Any other Cellnex language -> Valuable -> Intermediate Software Tools: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) -> Must-have -> Advanced Relevant Experience : 2-3 years' experience in business development or M&A Experience in strategic analysis frameworks (market, competition, financial, regulatory, technology analysis) Previous work exposure to global/international markets, especially in Western and Eastern Europe Experience in Due diligence and business planning Bears a solid knowledge of Telecom market and is able to resolve complex issues Knowledge of the Telecommunication infrastructure business will be valued Expert in business analysis including commercial, operational and financial business modelling Expert in Project management, complex problem solving and business design Please share your CV in English About us Be part of a large and growing technology company that is redefining the future of telecoms.
