What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
This position will work closely with the Sales Director in:
Generating high double digit growth and improving profitability in existing International Strategic Customers
Acquiring significant new volumes from the capture of new Large International Prospects
For these objectives, you will:
Target directly the top decision makers from the largest international players in the Iberian e-Commerce & Logistics Market (Chinese Players, Marketplaces, International e-Commerce Retailers)
Define the most suitable and innovative InPost solutions and services for each individual account
Convert the value proposition into an attractive economic proposal and a scalable profitable business relationships for InPost
Meet the customers and measure regularly their satisfaction and engagement (through Net Promotor Score, Quarterly Business Reviews, Visits, …)
Finally, you will also play a key role in increasing InPost Brand Awareness across the e-commerce and logistics market and stakeholders.
Well, what will the requirements be?
10+ years in e-commerce, logistics and/or tech related companies with tangible track records in sales successes
Active network of contacts in E-Commerce Top Decision Makers (C-Level), in Spain, Portugal and in large European markets
Tangible experience, in Iberia region, in relationships selling roles where recognized as a Top Performer, driven by achieving a high level of customer satisfaction and new sales
Degree (Business Administration or similar)
Advanced user of MS Office Suite and CRM
English mandatory, Portuguese and/or Chinese Mandarin a plus
Strong (verbal & written) communication, negotiation and presentation skills: Meetings, E-mails & Presentations
Strong customer focus, results-oriented and sense of urgency, with resilience working under pressure and tight deadlines
Capacity to develop relationships and influence the decision-making process
Ability to interact in dynamic environments and to enjoy achieving ambitious goals
Ability to prioritize and organize your work in multi-tasking environments
Ability to work autonomously but with cross-functional and peers teams (team player, self-starter and detail-oriented)
