Proclinical are recruiting for a Strategic Account Manager - Spain to join a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Madrid.
ResponsibilitiesAccountable as a leadership, producing the open communication setting amongst different roles/function included in the account team and raise prioritised ops/risks recognised.Responsible for adhering to both industry and company process, no internal/external compliance problems.You will carry out recording and reporting, as per the business operating procedures and timelines.Other duties may be assigned to this role.Key Skills and RequirementsEducated to a degree level in a pertinent field.Shareholder engagement in account, oriented around KOL/HCP prescribers to drive growth based on clinical value and full customer conviction of doing the best for the patients.Negotiation and presentation abilities.A technical aptitude and capacity to perform disease/idea selling.Able to prioritise workload.Works well independently with the ability to implement against tactical and methodical plans under tight timelines.Computer literacy.A solid growth mindset.Qualification within the pertinent pharmaceutical organisation's code of practice such as EFPIA code and any local codes/regulations: Farma industria Code of Conduct, etc.Robust integrity and ethics in behaviours, actions, and communications.Fluency in Spanish, as well as regional dialects just in case.Willing to travel for business needs.Proclinical is a specialist employment agency and recruitment business, providing job opportunities within major pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies.
