As a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to drive transformation in partnership with one of our strategic customers in Energy & Manufacturing, with a focus on AI, Copilot, and Security to achieve both Microsoft and customer business outcomes.
Leveraging your large, multi-functional team across the breadth of the Microsoft solutions portfolio, engage at the most senior levels of your customer and bring industry-relevant solutions to help the customer adopt and embrace digital technologies.

Responsibilities Customer Advocate - Develops and oversees the execution of our account plan(s) to ensure Microsoft revenue targets and customer outcomes are met.
Engages with internal and external stakeholders on business planning to promote mutually beneficial customer digital transformation strategies.
Orchestrate full customer team across all areas of Microsoft to ensure we are focused on delivering customer outcomes across the customer lifecycle to build deep trust with Microsoft.
Energy & Manufacturing (Industry) Relevant Trusted Seller - Proactively develops a strong understanding of the customer's business and industry priorities to drive new business opportunities and growth.
Advocates on behalf of the customer internally, ensuring requests and needs of assigned accounts are being addressed.
Deliver Sales Excellence - Leads and orchestrates extended virtual teams across our solution areas to consistently achieve growth in revenue and market share.
Energy & Manufacturing (Industry) Knowledge - Builds and maintains a strong knowledge of customers' industry, associated business strategy, and key industry partners and solutions.
Gains deeper insights and knowledge through direct engagement in their customers' business and operations.
Qualifications Additional or Preferred Qualifications: Proven sales experience working in an industry (E&M as preference but not essential) and/or driving/delivering digital transformation.
Strong experience making recommendations to and/or collaborating with mid-to-senior level executives in E&M industry (as preference industry but not essential).
This role requires proficiency in written, reading, and conversational Spanish as you will be assigned to the Spanish Customer Market.
