JOB SUMMARY: Operations: Responsible for the achievement of Store KPI's: Sales, EBIT, excellent customer service, proper shrinkage control, good general housekeeping, and proper visual standards.
Monitor and analyze merchandise performance and service level, and recommend essential actions for improvement.
Comprehend the business competition and the effects on the business.
MERCHANDISE DISPLAY PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE: Ensure that items are properly tagged and displayed in accordance with the approved store visual standards.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: Maintain appropriate stock levels in the store.
Monitor and analyze merchandise movement and recommend appropriate actions for slow-moving items.
SHRINKAGE: Ensure that all items are properly secured and accounted for at all times.
Ensure accuracy of JDA inventory.
Minimize store losses and pilferages and recommend possible solutions to address such issues.
Cashiering: Responsible for the accounting of all cash and check payments and remittances in the store, and monitoring of all cashiers and POS machines they use.
Prepare all necessary reports including deposit slips.
Achieve sales target for Gift Certificates within a specified period.
Possess good knowledge and understanding of cashiering administration.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Attend to customer inquiries and complaints for immediate action and solutions related to cashiering activities.
Follow up on customer outstanding accounts, credit card payments, and reconcile with the Credit Services Department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of any 4-year course.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a service-oriented company.
Bachelor's degree (Required).
Store Supervisory: 1 year (Required).
Retail management: 1 year (Required).
English (Preferred).
Willingness to travel: 100% (Required).
