As a Store Supervisor, you will ensure efficient store management, enhance customer service, and oversee sales, profit management, and staff development. Key Responsibilities: Oversee sales operations, analyze sales data, resolve sales-related issues, and conduct needs analysis to drive sales performance. Manage inventory, control labor costs, monitor productivity, and oversee utilities management to ensure profitability. Uphold high customer service standards, implement and monitor customer service systems, manage feedback, and ensure adherence to quality management processes. Supervise hiring and selection processes, implement compensation and benefits, conduct orientation and training, and manage employee relations, coaching, and performance management. Utilize market intelligence, conduct financial analysis, and contribute to brand expansion efforts. Secure vault keys, validate cash funds, and oversee direct sales transactions. Maintain knowledge of machine parts, perform regular maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and carry out repairs as needed. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in business and people management. Experience in an amusement center and familiarity with basic computer and machine repair and maintenance is preferred but not required.
