The Opportunity To ensure a unique and unforgettable shopping experience at all times in the assigned stores, achieving the established Sell Out objectives, monitoring KPIs, and other traffic indicators and metrics within the store. Additionally, the Store Manager leads, develops, and motivates the assigned team of Brand Ambassadors (both permanent and temporary), fostering a strong team spirit. As a Store Manager, you will ensure the proper adherence to image guidelines and report to your superiors using the various established tools and processes, where you can identify opportunities and threats within the store environment. As a member of the store team, you will also be required to achieve your personal sales targets in accordance with your effective working time.
