Isabel Marant is looking for a Store Manager to lead its team of the outlet Las Rozas.As a Store Manager, your main missions are the following:Contribution to the development of our brand by providing a unique in-store experience, promoting the brand image.Organization of the store: current administration, planning, HR reporting, visual merchandising, stock management, and replenishment.Management of the team: training, motivating, feedback, skills development.Optimization of CRM.Reporting to the retail's direction and the company's headquarters, and proposing strategies to increase turnover, customer traffic, and client loyalty.You have already had a 5-year successful experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager for a luxury brand.You have a first experience in an outlet area.You possess excellent fashion culture and understand the competitive landscape.You have management abilities, organizational skills, and KPI and CRM are part of your professional success.You need to be a fluent English speaker, and another language would be welcome.#J-18808-Ljbffr
