JOB SUMMARY Responsible for total branch performance in accordance with company policy and procedures. Create and execute the branch business plan. Plan, implement, and manage areas of responsibility to facilitate continuous improvement and personal growth while supporting company goals, missions, and vision. Provide sound leadership for the branch. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others or equivalent. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
