The person we are looking for has several years of experience in a managerial role in luxury retail and significant experience in high fashion boutiques.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the Tom Ford boutique in Puerto Banus.
Key Accountabilities: Training and coordinating the sales team.Budgeting and reporting.Monitoring store performance to achieve sales targets and KPIs.Creating a personalized shopping experience for customers.Maintaining the sales floor to a high standard in line with brand guidelines.Following the company operational guidelines and policies.Key Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role.Knowledge of fashion trends.Passion and knowledge of selling ceremonies.Fluent in English.Experience in clienteling activities and CRM.Strong motivation.Target-focused.In TOM FORD, you will have the opportunity to work in a company in the luxury sector with an international reach.
