Your day-to-day
Manage all the hotel's orders for operational material.
Inventory management.
Management of Safety, Technical and RGSS files.
Interdepartmental communication to meet needs.
Incident Management Orders and Goods Reception.
Making / Approval of Purchases by BSS.
Review and Updating of Stock Par.
Order Supervision.
System Data Update (Prices, Contact Emails, etc...).
Supervision of delivery notes / Invoices in BSS - Reconciliation of Delivery Note + Invoice.

Supervision of REQ's
Inventory + Spot Checks
Inventory Supervision and Upload in BSS and Monthly Closing (Inv + Accruals).
What we need from you
Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration or related field.
2+ years' experience working in a hotel.
Must be fluent in local language and English, additional languages will be highly valuable.
Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for service.
